I have enjoyed photography for many years, from my early days with my trusty Olympus OM10 that helped developed a passion for black and white images which still influence my work today. Over time my cameras have changed alongside technology and now I mainly use a digital SLR camera.
I tend to take pictures of what I like, working intuitively as a direct response to the landscape or the moment. I find myself drawn to coastal images and landscapes in general. My approach is for landscape images to be portrait format. I find this more dramatic and it enables me to capture my favourite subject of all – Skies! I love skies and cloud formations.
Lately my work has taken a new direction and I find myself including people more often, this had made me rethink my techniques and has revitalised my photography.
